    Depending on availability and daily arrivals. Please request on arrival.

  • Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?
    Can I reserve one?
    Some have a balcony but it is not possible to book them in advance because there are only a few.
  • Are there non-smoking rooms? Yes.
  • How many storeys does the building have?
    Is there a lift?
    6 floors, there is a lift up to the 5th floor.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
    There is air conditioning in all rooms except in the 7 single rooms. It works during spring and summer.
  • Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
    Yes, we have 1 room and common areas are also adapted.
  • Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room? Yes.
  • Is there a safe place to park my car?

    We have quiet rooms, facing the courtyard. To book them, please request it when you make your reservation.

  • We are coming with 1 (or more) child, can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
    We cannot add an extra bed in a double room, but we can offer a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed)
  • What is the nearest metro station and how long does it take to join it?

  • How can I cancel my reservation?
    You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep carefully these codes you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure.
